Tips
- Don't be too specific. A suburb is usually better than a single street
- Don't be too general. Requesting all sales in four suburbs will provide too much information to be useful, so include the number of bedrooms and whether you are looking for apartments, houses or vacant land.
- Feel free to give us directions – 'Newtown between Constable Street, Owen Street, Mein Street and Riddiford St' is a good example
- Be flexible with the number of bedrooms. One over and one under works well - compare a three bedroom house with two, three and four bedroom houses in the same area.
